Prosper Ishimwe is a seasoned professional in business development and entrepreneurship, currently serving as Co-Founder at Ezamu since February 2024. Prosper has held significant roles in various organizations, including Business Accelerator Manager at Local First Arizona since May 2021, and Coach, Facilitator & Outreach Manager at Social Enterprise Greenhouse from February 2020 to May 2021. Previously, Prosper was the Business Development Program Director at the Rhode Island Black Business Association and program manager for the Ready4Finance initiative at Junior Chamber International, enhancing access to finance for emerging market entrepreneurs. Additional experience includes working as a Language and Cross-Cultural Facilitator with the Peace Corps. Prosper holds a Master of Arts in Global Policy, International/Global Studies from the University of Maine, completed in 2017.
