Turquoise Erby-Bell, MSL, currently serves as Small Business Resource Manager at Local First Arizona, focusing on grant research, technical assistance, process optimization, and local business advocacy, among other responsibilities. As CEO and Founder of Making Moves With Care, Erby-Bell oversees a gift basket local delivery service.
