Emily Hinesley Sphr

Emily Hinesley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has demonstrated extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Emily currently serves as the Human Resources Director, SVP at First Bank. Prior to this, Emily held the same position at Select Bank & Trust Company.

Emily also served as the Human Resources Director at International Market Centers from June 2019 to November 2020. Before that, they worked as an HR Business Partner and Advisor at CAI- Capital Associated Industries, where they provided expert advice in employee relations, labor law compliance, and various HR practices.

Emily's earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Human Resources Officer at CommunityOne Bank, where they oversaw all HR functions and managed a team of HR staff members.

Throughout their career, Emily has proven herself to be a knowledgeable and capable HR professional, adept at managing complex HR challenges and driving strategic HR initiatives.

Emily Hinesley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology and Spanish, with a minor in Communications, which they obtained from Salem College in the years 2002-2006. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma from Southwestern Randolph High School in the years 1998-2002. In addition to their educational background, Emily Hinesley has also obtained the certifications of SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in December 2015, and Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2014.
