Kayla Martin

Kayla Martin has extensive experience in marketing operations, currently serving as the Marketing Operations Manager at Local Government Federal Credit Union since August 2014. In this role, Kayla supervises the operations team and manages a communication strategy that enhances collaboration among marketing teams, stakeholders, and compliance. Kayla’s previous positions at the same institution include Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, Marketing Operations Specialist, Digital Marketing Strategist, and Social Media Officer, where significant achievements included increasing debit card transactions and brand awareness through effective digital campaigns. Before joining Local Government Federal Credit Union, Kayla worked as a Client Development Manager at Joint Venture Jewelry and as an Assistant Manager at Piercing Pagoda. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
