Dionne Grayson

Dionne Grayson, MSW, CDC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and program development. As the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Lead2ChangeInc since 2011, Dionne has focused on strengthening partnerships within the local community. Dionne also operates Building Your Dreams LLC, a consulting business dedicated to community engagement programs and capacity building. With a role on the MANDI Selection Committee for the Local Initiatives Support Corporation, Dionne manages the annual Milwaukee Awards for Neighborhood Development Innovation. Previous experience includes consulting for 88Nine RadioMilwaukee and serving as Senior Program Officer at the Greater Milwaukee Foundation. Dionne’s educational background includes a Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology and Adult Education from Alverno College, and an Associate Degree in Commercial Real Estate from Marquette University.
