Garrett Riou

Garrett Riou is a seasoned professional in the fields of finance and public policy, currently serving as a Senior Program Officer in Underwriting at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation since October 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Financial Planning Analyst for the Chicago Department of Planning and Development, where financial analyses were conducted for economic development initiatives, and as a Policy Analyst at the Chicago Housing Authority, managing working groups on policy revisions.
