Michael Skrebutenas

Michael Skrebutenas has vast experience in the fields of housing and community development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Local Initiatives Support Corporation, Michael previously held the same title at The Community Preservation Corporation. With a background in law and urban planning, Michael has also worked in various government and non-profit organizations, including roles at New York State Homes & Community Renewal and the Bridgeport Housing Authority. Additionally, Michael has shared their knowledge and expertise as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University, teaching courses on Affordable Housing Development and Real Estate Finance.
