SVP, Housing at Local Initiatives Support

Michael Skrebutenas is the Senior Vice President of Housing at Local Initiatives Support. Prior to this, they were an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University in the City of New York from January 2018 to May 2020, teaching classes on Affordable Housing Development and Real Estate Finance. Michael then attended Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation for their MS in Urban Planning. Lastly, they attended University of Connecticut School of Law for their Doctor of Law.
