Olatunji Barlatt

Olatunji Barlatt is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) since June 2022. Prior to this role, Olatunji worked as an Attorney at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey from July 2018 to June 2022. Olatunji began a career at EY in August 2012, progressing through positions such as Manager in both Exempt Organization Tax Services and Transaction Tax, as well as Senior in Transaction Tax until June 2018. Early experience includes an Associate position at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP from March 2010 to July 2012, and a Summer Associate role with the same firm in 2008. Olatunji's foundational experience also includes a Research Intern position at American Rights at Work in 2007.
