Theodore Shen

Theodore (Ted) Shen serves as Chief Compliance Officer and a founding partner of LISC Fund Management, LLC, a philanthropic investment firm and SEC registered investment advisor, since September 2018. Previously, Ted held the position of Assistant General Counsel at LISC, where responsibilities included structuring complex financing products for affordable housing developers and supporting various departments through negotiations of vendor contracts and commercial leases. Prior experience includes roles as a Corporate Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton, focusing on corporate transactions and regulatory compliance, and as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, specializing in general litigation and tax controversy. Ted's legal career began with internships at reputable organizations such as the New York University Office of General Counsel and Habitat for Humanity. Ted holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley.
