Paul Angelopoulos

Paul Angelopoulos is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Regional Chef and Head Chef at Local Public Eatery since November 2016, Paul has previously held the position of Head Sous Chef at JOEY Restaurant Group from March 2010 to October 2016. Prior experience includes a role as Kitchen Manager at Original Joes 102 Ave from May 2007 to February 2010. Paul is equipped with foundational culinary skills acquired during apprenticeship training at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
