Joe Ahmed

Joe Ahmed boasts a diverse culinary career, currently serving as a Regional Executive Chef at Metz Culinary Management since October 2025. Previously, Joe held the position of Store Chef - Area Manager at Wegmans Food Markets from August 2015 to October 2025, and served as Executive Chef Partner at Seasons 52 Restaurant between February 2012 and August 2015. Earlier roles include Chef at Walt Disney World from March 2006 to February 2012, and Cook/Baker at The Ritz-Carlton & JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes from April 2005 to March 2006. Joe's foundational education includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, completed between 2005 and 2006.
