Vincent Muffoletto has over 20 years of experience in the digital marketing and customer experience field. Vincent has held various roles at different companies including LocalEdge and The Talking Phone Book. Starting their career at The Talking Phone Book in 1998 as an Account Executive, they later became an Internet Manager and eventually an Account Manager. In 2004, they were promoted to Division Manager of Buffalo NY at The Talking Phone Book, a position they held until 2007. Vincent then joined Talking Phone Book/Local Edge as the North East Division Manager, before progressing to Vice President of National and Custom Digital Solutions at Local Edge. In 2013, they became the Digital Marketing Manager/National Manager until 2016, when they were promoted to Director of Customer Experience. Vincent Muffoletto has a strong background in digital marketing and customer service, and they have held leadership positions throughout their career.

Vincent Muffoletto completed their Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia. Vincent studied Biology, Plant Science, and Chemistry during their time at the university from 1992 to 1995. In addition to their academic qualifications, Vincent Muffoletto has obtained certifications such as the HNP Engage Senior Manager Program Graduate from Hearst Newspapers in July 2022 and the Hearst Leadership Development Program from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in November 2021.
