Simona Pettinari

Simona Pettinari has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Service Line Manager at STAR7, where they head the Group Procurement and Talent Acquisition Department. Their responsibilities include talent acquisition design and development at a global level. Previously, they worked at LocalEyes Ltd., another STAR7 Company, as the Head of Group Procurement and Talent Acquisition Department. Simona was also a Global Talent&Vendor Acquisition Specialist and a Project Manager during their tenure at LocalEyes. Simona has also worked as a Teacher at GEMA - Business School and as a Literary Translator as a freelancer. Additionally, they have experience as an Instructional Designer and Content and Communication Manager at Percorsi S.p.A., and as a Translator, Copy Editor, and Teacher as a freelancer. Simona began their career as an HR stagiaire at L'Oréal. Overall, Simona has a diverse range of experiences in talent acquisition, project management, translation, and instructional design.

Simona Pettinari holds a B.A. in Humanities from the Università di Pavia.
