Pam Burton

Pam Burton is a seasoned professional in the venture capital and marketing sectors, currently serving as a Venture Partner at LocalGlobe since February 2020, where engagement with key partners and portfolio companies in seed investments takes place. Prior to this, Pam volunteered with Meals For The NHS during the COVID-19 crisis, contributing to community support efforts. As COO at Funding Circle from April 2012 to December 2018, Pam played a critical role in scaling the company from approximately 20 to 1,000 employees within the FTSE 250 framework. Pam's earlier career included significant positions at LOVEFiLM, where diverse responsibilities encompassed European marketing operations, customer services, and production roles, alongside a foundational experience as an Assistant Producer at Redbus Group. Educationally, Pam holds a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Middlesex University.
