Keri Rivera

Keri Rivera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, marketing solutions, and corporate alliances. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development, Strategy & Enablement at LocaliQ since January 2021, Keri plays a critical role in bridging the gap between Sales and Services through live training and leadership development initiatives that support significant advertising revenue. Previous roles include Director of Learning and Development and Program Manager at Gannett, focusing on training programs for over 600 Client Success Managers, as well as providing comprehensive marketing solutions for enterprise accounts. Keri has also held positions at Make-A-Wish America, where revenue generation and event planning were paramount, and has a background in PR and marketing consulting. Keri holds a PMP certification and a Bachelor's degree in English and Theater from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
