Ecommerce Trade Manager - MENA at Localised

Lena Nammour has a wealth of experience in the eCommerce space. Lena started their career in 2000 as a Data Entry Manager at ECI Telecom. In 2006, they joined Randa Accessories as a Senior eCommerce Manager, where they were responsible for the project management, development, and marketing of all eCommerce for the company. Lena also managed the rebuilding and redesign of the Randa Corporate and Randa intranet sites. In 2012, they took on two roles at Randa Accessories, Product Merchandiser and Sales Executive. In 2015, they moved to Amazon as a Brand Strategy Manager, where they leveraged analytics and research to inform and drive brand.com/product enhancements and site optimization. In 2016, they joined LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics - MENA Region as Digital Manager - MENA, where they built and launched the Lush MENA website and maintained and updated all content and design/presentation of the website. In 2017, they joined Landmark Group as an Ecommerce Manager and was responsible for creating merchandise plans, reporting, implementing sales and promotional plans, and managing online inventory and ranges. In 2020, they joined Prime Gourmet as an Ecommerce Project Manager, where they completed a revamp of the newly developed Shopify website, increased AOV by 25% and month to month sales 8x in 6 months, and trained and ran the customer service call center. Finally, in 2022, they joined Localised as Regional Market Manager - MENA.

Lena Nammour is currently studying Finance and Financial Management Services at St. John's University.
