Malina Prusińska-Kurpiewska

Malina Prusińska-Kurpiewska has a wealth of experience in the game localization and LQA industry. Malina began their career in 2005 as a Project Specialist at CD PROJEKT BLUE, where they were responsible for independent project management and coordination, close cooperation with business partners in Poland and abroad, creation of project documentation, budgeting, coordination of a group of translators, editors, sound engineers, graphic designers, programmers, creation and allocation of contracts, and creation of financial reports and project postmortems. Malina then moved to Autodesk in 2008 as a Language Solutions Coordinator for Polish and Language Solutions Rep for Eastern European languages. In 2009, they took on the role of Project Manager at Lionbridge, followed by Viacom in 2010 as VOD Operations Manager and Production Manager, VOD Operations North. In 2016, they joined Roboto as Director of Operations, Head of Project Management, and Head of Localisation, where they were responsible for localisation team management, localisation team time management and optimization, translation quality control, substantial language support for translators, creation of postmortems for translation projects, and creation and management of translation project documentation and workflows. Most recently, they were appointed VP of Services at LocalizeDirect in 2022.

Malina Prusińska-Kurpiewska received a Master of Arts (MA) in American Literature and Culture from the University of Wroclaw in 2005, having started their studies in 2000.
