Mónica de Vera

Mónica de Vera has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in people operations and recruitment. Mónica most recently worked as a People & Culture Operations Manager at Creative Clicks since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as a People Operations Manager at Localyze from January 2022 to February 2023. Mónica also worked at Mollie, where they held multiple positions including People Data and Systems Analyst and People Operations Generalist from July 2020 to January 2022. Before joining Mollie, they worked as a People Operations Specialist and Recruitment Coordinator at Bird from August 2018 to July 2020. Additionally, Mónica has experience as a Supervisor at IP International Projects in 2017 and as a Recruiter at Grupo EULEN from March 2017 to June 2017.

Mónica de Vera completed their education with a Psychology degree at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, which they attended from 2013 to 2017. Mónica later pursued further studies in Human Resource Management and earned a MSc degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) during the period of 2017 to 2018. In between, they attended the University of Warsaw as part of the ERASMUS program to further their studies in psychology from 2015 to 2016.
