Raphaël Brunschwig serves as the Managing Director of the Locarno Film Festival since March 2013, overseeing a budget of €18 million annually and a core team of over 50, expanding to 900 during the festival. Brunschwig holds multiple leadership positions, including Chairman of Eventi letterari Monte Verità and Co-President of Swiss Top Events, where contributions focus on enhancing event profiles and promoting Switzerland's cultural excellence. In addition, Brunschwig is a Board Member of the Eranos Foundation, supporting dialogue among intellectuals, and a Steering Committee Member at digitalswitzerland, dedicated to establishing Switzerland as a digital-innovation hub. An Executive Board Member of Leopard Club, Brunschwig aids in the strategic development of the Locarno Film Festival. Previous experience includes a decade as Project Manager Crossmedia and Senior Media Planner at Publisuisse S.A.
