Charles Moore

Charles Moore's work experience includes various roles in the real estate industry.

In 1993, they joined CBRE as a Senior Vice President, where they led a team covering the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. During their time there, they completed over 52 transactions in 10 states, including regional malls, community centers, and specialty retail.

In 2002, Charles became a Partner at Coastal Capital Partners, where they focused on acquiring and managing shopping centers in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic markets. Within a four-year period, the company acquired 13 centers valued at over $104 million.

Charles then joined Broad Reach Retail Partners, LLC in 2006 as a Partner. In this role, they merged Coastal Capital Partners with Tower Real Estate to acquire, manage, and lease value-added shopping centers in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic markets. Charles was responsible for acquisitions, property management, asset performance, and investor relations.

From 2009 to 2013, Charles was a Partner at Generational Opportunity Funds, LLC, where they formed an opportunistic investment fund aimed at achieving short-term returns through investments in distressed property sectors and markets. The fund successfully completed projects in Atlanta, North Georgia, and Walton County, Florida.

In 2014, Charles joined Newport Realty Associates, LLC as a Principal. Charles played a key role in the company's mission to provide responsive, thoughtful, and disciplined real estate services. Newport Realty Associates completed over $48 million in transactions under their leadership.

Most recently, in 2023, Charles became the Managing Broker and Director of Real Estate at Locate. Charles'scurrent role involves overseeing the real estate operations of the company.

Charles Moore obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, which they completed between 1987 and 1989. Charles then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Charles'sMBA program focused on Strategic Management, Real Estate, and Finance and was completed from 1992 to 1993. In addition to their academic qualifications, Charles Moore also obtained certification as a Real Estate Broker from the Georgia Real Estate Commission in May 2018.
