Johan Swedell

Johan Swedell has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Johan started off as a Senior Developer and Technical Architect at Datapac in 2001, where they played a role in devising technical architectures and evaluating emerging technologies. Johan then moved on to become the IT Solutions Manager and Senior Consultant, responsible for delivering custom software development and Microsoft product consultancy.

In 2009, Johan joined Ergo as the SharePoint Practice Lead, where they successfully started up a new SharePoint practice and delivered SharePoint consultancy and development projects. After that, they co-founded Inspired Software & Services in 2010, serving as the Co-Founder and Technical Director of Product & Product Delivery. At Inspired Software & Services, Johan focused on helping businesses become more efficient and successful by harnessing the power of Microsoft technologies.

Johan's next venture was as the CEO of Netfully in 2014, where they brought a unique approach to software development through a combination of in-house and nearshore development. Johan managed high-skilled software developers and deployed enterprise-ready software projects for well-recognized companies.

In 2017, Johan took on two roles simultaneously. Johan became the Chief Technology Officer at Payzaar, an early-stage startup in the HR/Fin Tech space. Here, they led R&D efforts to build the industry's first open global payroll management platform, employing state-of-the-art tools and technologies like APIs, RPA, and Machine Learning. Additionally, Johan also assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer at Locatible in 2017, where they contributed to changing the rules of people and product efficiencies in warehousing and healthcare industries by optimizing processes and improving accuracy.
