Milena Totaro

Milena Totaro currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Locauto since January 2024. Prior to this role, Milena held the position of Head of Human Resources at EMG Italy from January 2008 to January 2024, where involvement in strategic decisions supported Group Top Management during the merger of three companies: 3zero2 TV, Netco Sport, and Global Production. Milena's career began as an HR Manager at EMG Italy, overseeing HR operations for over 100 internal employees and up to 350 external collaborators. Earlier experience includes working as a Sales & Service Representative at Manpower Inc. from January 2005 to December 2007, focusing on targeted staff recruiting and key account development. Milena holds a Master's degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
