Ben Kim

Ben (Seungbin) Kim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial and brand management within the cosmetics and retail industries. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager at L’OCCITANE Group since June 2024, Ben previously held the position of Commercial Director at Parfums Christian Dior from June 2022 to May 2024. Additional roles include Swatch Korea Brand Director at Swatch Group, Brand Manager & Head of Guerlain Korea Travel Retail at Bluebell Korea, and various managerial positions at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, Samsung Electronics, BAT, Dole Food Company, and Nestlé. Ben holds an MBA from The University of Manchester and has a degree from Ajou University.
