Peng Fu has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Chief Interpreter and Project GM Assistant at a company involved in international trade. In this role, they provided translation services, assisted with daily agendas, and maintained relationships with suppliers and contractors.

From 2010 to 2013, Peng served as the Editor-in-Chief for a magazine focused on the Chinese motor and e-vehicle industry.

In 2013, they joined Ducati Motor Holding, initially as the Marketing and Public Relations Manager for Ducati China. Peng developed and executed marketing plans, organized events, managed PR relationships, and supported the distribution network. In 2015, they became the Managing Director of Ducati Chongqing, overseeing operations in the region.

In 2017, Peng joined Jiangxiaobai as the Director of the International Business Department, where they contributed to the company's global business operations.

Most recently, Peng served as the Head of Marketing Department for Loch Lomond China. Peng was responsible for team building and brand establishment, including recruitment, training, and the development of a strong marketing team. Peng also initiated co-branding efforts, executed new product development plans, and supported the acquisition process of Loch Lomond Group.

Peng Fu obtained a Master's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Sichuan International Studies University between 2006 and 2009.
