Finnian Cavanaugh Ei

Finnian Cavanaugh, EI, is an Engineer III at Lochmueller Group, specializing in the Roadway Department since May 2023. Prior to this role, Cavanaugh served as a Project Engineer for the City of South Bend from June 2020 to April 2023.
