Aileen Ocon

Aileen Ocon serves as the Director and Assistant General Counsel at CIT Bank since March 2018, bringing extensive legal expertise to the role. Prior to this position, Aileen worked as Senior Counsel at Locke Lord LLP from 2015 and held the position of In-House Counsel at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2012 to 2014. Aileen began their legal career as an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati from October 2005 to March 2007 and continued as an Associate at Skadden Arps from 2007 to 2011. Aileen earned a Juris Doctor degree from Cornell Law School, where study took place from 2002 to 2005.
