Rick Talley has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Rick co-founded Locke + Co Distilling in 2016 and played a key role in developing and promoting a high-quality whiskey product. At The Lab, they worked as a Processing and Wholesale Specialist from 2015 to 2016, where they focused on customer acquisition and retention, as well as ensuring compliance with billing and licensing requirements. Prior to that, they held positions at The Clinic Colorado as an Organizational Development Specialist and later as the Retail Department Head, where they managed operations, staff training, and inventory management. Rick also has experience as a General Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company and as an Associate Supervisor at Restoration Hardware.

Rick Talley holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, which they obtained in 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Anthropology at the University of Puget Sound in 2001.
