Justin Monger

Justin Monger is the CEO at LockedBrands. Prior to this, they spent 35 years at Raytheon where they held multiple engineering, business development, and executive management positions. This includes Program Director for the development of an airborne imagery intelligence system for the UK’s Royal Air Force. Monger was responsible for driving the program back on track after it had suffered a two+ year schedule slip and $100M+ of cost growth. Under their leadership, the team mended strained customer relations, negotiated a new delivery schedule, re-evaluated and updated the technical baseline, brought cost growth under control and delivered the first three platforms.

Justin Monger earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus in image and signal processing from the University of Southern California. Justin also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
