Joseph Resendez

Joseph Resendez currently serves as Assistant City Manager for the City of Lockhart since July 2023. Prior to this role, Resendez was the City Administrator and City Secretary for the City of Bartlett, TX from October 2020 to July 2023, where leadership was provided for approximately 1,900 residents and a team of 17 employees. Before that, Resendez held the position of Assistant Director of Finance for the City of Taylor, Texas from February 2018 to September 2020, initially starting as a Budget and Financial Analyst. Resendez has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies and Human Relations from The University of Texas at Austin.
