Randy Jenkins has extensive work experience in the field of firefighting. In 1988, they started their career at the Cleburne Fire Department where they served as an Assistant Fire Chief for almost 29 years, until their departure in October 2016. In October 2017, they joined the City of Lockhart as its Fire Chief, Fire Marshal, and Emergency Management Coordinator.
Randy Jenkins obtained a B.A. degree in Fire Administration from Western Illinois University, where they studied from 1999 to 2005. Randy also pursued an A.A.S. degree in Fire Technology from Tarrant County College, although the start and end years for this program are unknown.
