Asiya Robbins

Asiya Robbins is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Technology Strategy Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin since May 2019. Previously, Asiya held the position of Director of HR Data Analytics at Leidos from August 2016 to May 2019, where leadership involved the development and execution of the HR Data Analytics strategy. Asiya's tenure at Lockheed Martin began in January 2005, encompassing roles such as Business Area HRIS Manager, where significant contributions were made to the merger HR system separation and integration. Additional experiences include assisting the Business Area HR VP and progressively taking on responsibility as a Staff HRIS Analyst. Prior to Lockheed Martin, Asiya worked as an HR Generalist at Stanley Associates from 2000 to 2004. The educational background includes a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University, an MBA from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in HR and Information Systems from the same institution.
