G Foster

G Foster, PMP, currently serves as the 5th Gen Depot Operations Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this, G Foster was the Senior Enlisted Leader for the 388 Maintenance Group in the United States Air Force, overseeing maintenance for a team of 2,000 personnel and ensuring the combat readiness of the Air Force's largest F-35 wing. G Foster has extensive experience in the Air Force, including various leadership roles within Air Combat Command, such as F-35 Weapons System Team Superintendent and Senior Enlisted Leader of a combat-coded Squadron. G Foster's career began in 1996 with roles in aircraft maintenance, progressing to key leadership positions throughout the years, including being the first F-35 Crew Chief. G Foster holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from American Military University and an Associate of Science in Airframe Mechanics from the Community College of the Air Force.
