James Erickson, MBA, is a Hardware Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin, where they create structure around new product development and process improvement. With over fifteen years of experience in leading teams and managing complex projects, they have a proven track record of delivering effective and cost-efficient solutions. Previously, at GE Healthcare, they held several positions, including Electrical Engineering Project Leader and Manager Engineering Infrastructure, where they led significant product improvement initiatives and optimized engineering processes. James is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Weber State University and a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from Westminster College.
