Jenny Hofner

Jenny Hofner is an experienced executive search professional with a strong track record in leadership recruitment across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Search Partner (Sr Staff) in Global Executive Search & Acquisition at Lockheed Martin since June 2025, Jenny leads Vice President through Corporate Officer search campaigns and collaborates with the Executive Leadership Team to build strategic talent portfolios. Prior to this role, Jenny held positions as a Senior Executive Search Consultant at The Walt Disney Company, a Senior Executive Recruiter at McDermott + Bull Executive Search, and an Executive Recruiter at DaVita Kidney Care, among others. Jenny began a career in recruitment at MetLife, where roles included Agency Recruiting Director and Agency Recruiting Coordinator. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University.
