Jess Koloini has extensive experience in business development and strategic operations, particularly within the aerospace and defense sectors. At Lockheed Martin, from July 2023 to July 2024, Koloini served as Director of Business Development for the Integrated Fighter Group, and previously held roles including Program Manager for the Middle East and North Africa, International Business Operations Manager, and Business Development Analyst. Prior roles at the World Affairs Council of Greater Dallas and the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth included positions such as Director of Programs and Programs Intern. Koloini holds a B.A. in Political Science with a focus on International Affairs and History from Texas A&M University, and a Master's degree in International Affairs from the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University. Additionally, Koloini participated in an Arabic Language Immersion program in Muscat, Oman.
