Josh Adlesperger

Josh Adlesperger serves as the Director of Industrial and Operations Excellence at Lockheed Martin since October 2023, overseeing Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence, and Workforce Integration and Training within LM Aeronautics. Prior to this role, Josh held various leadership positions at Triumph Group, including Corporate Sr. Director and Corporate Director of Operational Excellence, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Triumph Operating System and improving operational performance across a global scale. Josh's extensive experience also includes directing operations at Triumph Aerostructures, leading management consulting firms focused on organizational change, and contributing as a Lean Six Sigma Manager at Raytheon. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Baker University and multiple executive courses in business and leadership.
