Kate Hand

Kate Hand is currently an F-16 Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Lockheed Martin. They have a background in aerospace and mechanical engineering, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park and a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Previously, Kate held various engineering roles, including positions at Boeing and Cummins Inc., where they contributed to structural analysis and process improvement. In addition to their engineering career, they served as the Recreational Program Director at ACE Gymnastics, where they coached classes and organized events to promote youth engagement in sports and STEM fields.
