Mrudang Savsani

Mrudang Savsani is a highly skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in aerospace design and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Lockheed Martin since October 2025, Mrudang previously worked as a Structural Engineer for Piasecki Aircraft Corporation, where significant contributions were made to the HAXEL Program. Prior roles include a Turbine Hardware Designer at Belcan for GE Aviation, where innovative designs improved turbine functionality, and product design engineering for Virgin Galactic, focusing on landing gear subsystems. Early career experiences include mechanical design work for Space Tango, leading to successful projects launched to the ISS, and internship work at Montgomery County Community College, fostering engineering skills in a research setting. Mrudang Savsani holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, along with an Associate of Science from Montgomery County Community College.
