Neil Cabreza

Neil Cabreza has extensive experience in aerospace and defense, currently serving as Director at Lockheed Martin since July 2005. In this role, Neil manages a diverse team responsible for the mechanical integration, electrical testing, and launch of complex satellite systems for both commercial and military applications, overseeing programs such as AEHF, SBIRS, HellasSat4, and others. Previously, Neil held positions as Senior Manager and Program Manager at Lockheed Martin, focusing on test operations and systems engineering for significant space projects. Neil's career began at Boeing as an RF Systems Engineer, and later, Neil worked as an Engineering Specialist at The Aerospace Corporation, leading projects for various government agencies. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Santa Clara University, specializing in Marketing Research and Information Systems.
