Paul Kwan

Paul Kwan, P.E. is a Staff Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager at Lockheed Martin, where they have contributed since 2005. Prior to this role, they served as a Mechanical Engineer and later as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at the same company. Paul began their engineering career at MTR Corporation Limited as an Inspector of Works and Engineer from 1992 to 1996. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Francisco State University between 2003 and 2005.
