Ryan Lagola

Ryan Lagola is an Agile Coach and Release Manager at Lockheed Martin, where they guide teams in adopting agile methodologies and enhance collaboration among team members. They previously served as a Test Director, leading integration and testing efforts for the GIMS project, managing large teams and verifying extensive project requirements. With a background in systems engineering from The George Washington University and a degree in information science and technology from Penn State University, Ryan has a strong technical foundation complemented by skills in test automation, project management, and user engagement. Additionally, Ryan is a freelance musician, performing regularly while maintaining a growing repertoire of songs.
