Sandra Martinez is a seasoned human resources professional with over 25 years of experience in the aerospace sector. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Lockheed Martin since August 2002, Sandra has excelled in various managerial roles within the Aeronautics Business Area, focusing on engineering and technology client groups, air mobility, and maritime mission programs. Responsibilities have included providing strategic HR direction, developing robust HR plans, and enhancing employee engagement in a rapidly growing environment. Prior to Lockheed Martin, Sandra held the position of Senior Client Manager in Human Resources at Pratt & Whitney. Sandra holds an MBA in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University and a BA in Political Science from Texas State University.
