Starr Hughes

Starr Hughes is currently the Vice President of F-35 Development at Lockheed Martin, where they serve as the Deputy Director of the F-35 Development Program Office, overseeing strategic planning and execution. With 18 years of experience in the aeronautics industry, Starr has demonstrated expertise in flight test engineering and project management. Prior to their current role, Starr was the Program Manager for F-35 Follow-On Modernization, where they led proposal and contract execution efforts. Starr's career includes significant technical leadership positions in both production-oriented and developmental flight test programs at Lockheed Martin and Raytheon Aircraft Company. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Kansas.
