Mike Barga

Mike Barga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement, supplier development, and quality assurance. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Procurement Strategy and Sustainability at Mondelēz International, Mike oversees global initiatives in procurement strategy, sustainability, economic inclusion, and supplier diversity. Previously, Mike held various leadership roles at Patheon and Merck, focusing on supplier quality, performance management, and systems development within the pharmaceutical sector. Starting as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Bausch & Lomb, Mike progressed through positions including Supplier Quality Engineer and Manager of Sourcing Effectiveness at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Mike holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.
