Summer Mills

Summer Mills is a Detector Physics Research Scientist at Lockheed Martin, where they have recently engaged in various projects. Previously, Mills served as a Systems Integration/Test Engineer at the same company. They completed their Bachelor of Science in Physics and Astronomy at the University of Rochester in 2022, where they also held roles as a Student Research Assistant, simulating astrophysical phenomena using Python and NetLogo, and as a Teaching Assistant, instructing students in physics lab experiments and scientific writing.
