Tommy Darnell is currently the Director of Total Rewards at Lockheed Martin, where they develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals. Their diverse experience at Lockheed Martin includes roles as Senior HR Business Partner, Accounting Manager, and Manager of Labor Relations, demonstrating a strong foundation in human resources, accounting, and labor relations. Tommy holds a BBA in Management from the University of North Texas and an MBA in Strategic Leadership and Accounting from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.
