Heather Symdon has a diverse work experience in various customer success and management roles. Heather is currently working as a Customer Success Director at LocknCharge where they focus on developing solutions for managing mobile technology deployments. Previously, they worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at findhelp, where they were responsible for onboarding clients and presenting data to healthcare payor professionals. Before that, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at National Decision Support Company, leading a team of 6 members and supporting client relationships. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at RevolutionEHR, including Customer Success Director, Customer Engagement Marketing Manager, Customer Support Manager, and Customer Service Representative. Their work involved overseeing onboarding processes, selling add-on solutions, managing customer support teams, and providing assistance to clients. Heather also has experience in the commercial sales area as a Commercial Account Executive at ADT Security Services and in the private eye care practice as an Optician/Technician at Drs. James & Enyart, Optometrists.
