Matthew Harden

Support and Operations Manager - EMEIA at LocknCharge

Matthew Harden has held various roles throughout their work experience. Matthew began their career at Entertainment UK in 2002 as a Content Management Co-Ordinator, where they managed a team and entered product marketing information into company systems. Matthew then joined NimbusWeb Ltd in 2009 as an Office Manager, 1st and 2nd Line Support, where they handled helpdesk support calls, managed client services, and coordinated hardware and software installations. In 2010, they moved to Computers Unlimited as a Production Executive, responsible for acquiring product setup information from vendors and maintaining relationships with vendors and customers. Since 2014, Matthew has been working at LocknCharge, initially as the Manager - Customer Services EMEIA, then as the Support Manager - EMEIA, and currently as the Support and Operations Manager - EMEIA.

Matthew Harden attended Walford High School from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained their GCSE degree. Matthew then pursued their education at Walford High School 6th Form College from 1998 to 2000, earning a degree in GNVQ and AS Level in the field of Information Technology. In 2013, they enrolled at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing and completed the CAM Diploma in Digital Marketing in 2014.
