Bonin Bough

Bonin Bough has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bonin is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Group Black, overseeing business acquisition and driving growth across the organization. Additionally, they are the Co-Founder and Advisor at Lockstep Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on addressing racial inequality in the U.S.

Prior to these roles, Bonin Bough founded and served as the Chief Growth Officer at Bonin Ventures, a growth accelerator for innovative startups. Bonin also held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Triller, where they played a key role in the company's growth. Bough served on the Board of Directors at SITO and worked as the Chief Growth and Marketing Officer at Sundial Brands, where they successfully grew the business leading to an exit to Unilever.

Earlier in their career, Bough worked as a Television Host at CNBC and as the Chief Media & E-Commerce Officer at Mondelēz International, where they transformed brand marketing and developed innovative media investment strategies. Bonin also held leadership positions at Kraft Foods Group and PepsiCo, serving as the Vice President of Global Media and Consumer Engagement.

Throughout their career, Bonin Bough has been recognized as a marketing guru and an agent of change, bridging the gap between established companies and startups while focusing on innovation and entrepreneurial endeavors.

Bonin Bough completed their high school education at Staten Island Technical High School from 1991 to 1995, receiving a High School Diploma with a focus in Physics. Bonin then pursued further education at Hartwick College from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a BA/BS degree. Their studies at Hartwick College were a combination of Physics and Political Science.
