Aditi Bhatnagar has over nine years of work experience. Aditi began their career in 2012 as a Software Engineer at Siemens Technology India. In 2013, they moved to Netskope as a Member of Technical Staff. In 2016, they became a Senior Software Developer at ClickCab. In 2018, they joined Myra Medicines as a Senior Software Developer. In 2019, they were an Entrepreneur In Residence at Antler and CTO and Co-Founder at FountainHealth Pte. Ltd. Aditi then became Head Of Engineering at Finly in 2020 and currently holds the same role at Lockstep since 2021.

Aditi Bhatnagar completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from PESIT South Campus, Bangalore in 2012. Prior to that, they attended Nosegay Public School for their high school.
